From the idea to the project ready for building

We demonstrated repeatedly our comprehensive know-how in constructing solar parks in the range of megawatts. Now we go one step further.

It is a long way to go from an available area to a project which is ready for building. Many offered projects turn out as pure idea quickly and are far away from their realization.

We offer the complete service spectrum in order that the project will not become stuck in the concept phase. This also includes services which are defined by the HOAI during the area development planning.

During the entire phase we attend you, also in case of required conferences with communes for ordinance decrees. The good preparation is indispensable for such projects. We substantiated our know-how e. g. in the project phase of the Tauberlandpark (30MWp) – all determinations were taken concordantly. We hereby not only count on experienced planners, but also the corresponding tools like e. g. 3D CAD visualizing.

Our legal department is able to take care of all assignments in regards to the development – on demand we also take care of the foundation of a corresponding operating company.

One of our specialties is e. g. the use of fallow land like landfill areas. Disused landfills are often unpopular areas with hardly any options for use. Moreover the solar use is not realizable by any enterpriser due to the problematic ground. relatio developed a special construction method for such areas.

This method bases on ground conditions like common foil covers, the foundation depth, settlements and low load capacity. The relatio concept for the solar use of landfills already proved of value several times. We willfully acquire and develop our own projects and resign project mediators. This means clear structures, low costs and especially definite project rights for you.
