a complete sensor packet which leaves nothing to be desired. With fieldSense you are able to monitor everything of a photovoltaic plant – beginning at the simple door contact of a concrete station and combiner box to the complex current measurement of string in the DC sector. Furthermore you get information by monitoring components, which have been unconsidered before. Data of transformers, inverter input/output, etc. may be logged by fieldSense.

is the central part of the fieldSense solution and is deployable independently of applications in the entire park. The masterSense module is a computer and optional kinds of sensors many be connected to it (e. g. temperature, irradiation, potential-free contacts as door switches etc.). masterSense administrates the connected modules and possesses the data via canbus.

is the sensor for current measurement. It measures with an exactness of > 1.5 % and does not consume valuable solar current in comparison to other systems. The modular setup enables an amplification of modules by simply connecting further currentSense modules to the masterSense.
In this way two strings up to +twenty strings (ten currentSense measuring modules) may be installed. currentSense modules are available up to a measurement of 250 amp. Thus we are able to measure string currents as well as total lines.

measures voltage of up to 1000 V DC and may be implemented for all kinds of total lines. The voltSense module may also be simply connected to the masterSense module.
Further sensors are also easily connectable to digital or analog inputs of the master module and all information is available at the data logger.

Many people ask themselves why they should install a wind sensor for stationary solar plants? It's simple: of course there are multi-axle module frames (Tracker, Mover). It's important to adapt the position to the wind velocity. Besides, the wind velocity is also an indicator for sources of errors in case of failures.

In the photovoltaic sector a temperature sensor is essential: The revenue depends essentially on the module and ambient temperature. In addition fuses react unequally under different temperature conditions. Furthermore inverters also operate depending on the temperature. We offer temperature sensors for installation in the outskirt area in our sub-distributors, compact stations and for fastening on the modules. This is also based on canbus.
Camera solutions - Thievery is more and more a problem for ground mounted plants. Many plants are even today not insurable anymore. Here, we are working on a RFID based entrance and thievery control, which is connected to a camera that ensures the monitoring of plants.

fieldLog is the newest developments in the sector of data loggers. The device, equipped with all usual interfaces, saves all data from
inverters, string currents and other sensors, which are produced in the field.
fieldLog may be implemented as component in the field or may be integrated to a complete operation and maintenance system via the connection to fieldMonitor.
Supported Inverters
AEG, Conergy, Converteam, Danfoss, Diehl Ako, Emerson, Fronius, Ingeteam, Kaco, Kostal, Refu,
Satcon, Schneider Elektrik, Siemens, SMA, SolarMax.
The implementation of further manufacturers is possible at any time. Up to thirty inverters of
one manufacturer may be connected.
Installation

The installation of the communication with inverters is possible via serial interfaces RS485, RS422, RS232 or LAN. The implementation of already installed weather stations is also possible (on demand).
